欢迎使用「红灯停」（Red Light Reflex）。下载或使用本 App，即表示你同意本条款以及 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）。两者不一致时，以本条款中更具体的约定为准，但不影响 Apple EULA 中给你的权利。
1. 许可
我们授予你在自己拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上个人、非商业地使用本 App 的许可。不得对 App 进行反编译、破解，或用脚本、外挂、模拟点击等方式自动操作。
2. 公平游戏
- 排行榜只收录真实、按规则完成的成绩。我们会自动或人工隐藏、作废明显不合理的成绩。
- 对作弊或滥用（比如外挂、篡改数据、刷榜、使用不当昵称）的玩家，我们可以发出警告、把成绩移出排行榜，或禁止其参与排行榜。
- Game Center 昵称由 Apple 管理。如果被举报不当，我们可能在自己的排行榜上隐藏这个名字。
3. 购买
- Pro、单个模式和皮肤都是一次性买断的非消耗型项目，通过 Apple 付款，跟随你的 Apple ID，可以随时恢复。价格以 App Store 显示为准。
- Pro 包含当前和以后新增的所有模式与皮肤，以及全程无广告。
- 看激励广告获得的试玩时间只在当前手机上有效，到时自动结束。
- 退款由 Apple 处理。退款或撤销的交易对应的权益会自动失效。
- 如发现欺诈、恶意退款、利用漏洞等行为，我们可以撤销相关权益。
- 虚拟内容没有现金价值，不能兑换或转让。
4. 广告
免费使用时，App 会在局间低频展示广告。你也可以主动观看激励广告换取试玩时间。广告由第三方提供，内容不代表我们的观点。
5. 服务变化
我们会持续更新 App，可能新增、调整或下线某些功能、模式、排行榜和活动。段位分数线、每日挑战规则等可能根据实际情况调整。对于你已经买断的模式和皮肤，我们会尽量保证在后续版本中可以继续使用。
6. 免责
- 本 App 是娱乐游戏，成绩会受设备、屏幕和触控延迟影响，不是医学、驾驶或任何专业测评，也不能作为健康判断的依据。
- 游戏中可能有快速闪烁的画面。如果你有光敏性癫痫或类似情况，请谨慎使用，出现不适立即停止。
- 在法律允许的最大范围内，本 App 按「现状」提供，我们不对间接损失承担责任。

Terms of Use
Welcome to Red Light Reflex (红灯停). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Where they differ, the more specific terms here apply, without limiting any rights the Apple EULA gives you.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. Don’t decompile or tamper with the app, or automate it with scripts, cheats or simulated taps.
2. Fair play
- Leaderboards are for genuine results achieved under the rules. Implausible scores may be hidden or voided, automatically or by hand.
- For cheating or abuse (cheat tools, tampered data, boosting, offensive names) we may issue a warning, remove scores from leaderboards, or bar the player from leaderboards.
- Game Center nicknames are managed by Apple; if one is reported as offensive we may hide it on our own leaderboards.
3. Purchases
- Pro, single modes and skins are one-time, non-consumable purchases paid through Apple. They belong to your Apple ID and can be restored at any time. Prices are as shown in the App Store.
- Pro includes every current and future mode and skin, with no ads anywhere.
- Play time earned by watching a rewarded ad applies only on that phone and ends automatically.
- Refunds are handled by Apple; refunded or revoked transactions lose their content automatically.
- In cases of fraud, refund abuse or exploiting bugs, we may revoke the affected content.
- Virtual content has no cash value and can’t be exchanged or transferred.
4. Ads
In the free version, the app occasionally shows ads between rounds. You can also choose to watch rewarded ads for trial time. Ads are provided by third parties and don’t represent our views.
5. Changes to the service
We keep improving the app and may add, change or retire features, modes, leaderboards and events. Tier cut-offs and daily challenge rules may be adjusted. We’ll do our best to keep modes and skins you’ve bought available in future versions.
6. Disclaimers
- This is an entertainment game. Results depend on your device, screen and touch latency; it is not a medical, driving or professional assessment and shouldn’t be used to judge your health.
- The game includes rapidly changing lights. If you have photosensitive epilepsy or a similar condition, use caution and stop immediately if you feel unwell.
- To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and we aren’t liable for indirect losses.
